We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of WCT by way of market making. The WCT-C44 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The WCT-C44 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The WCT-C44 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under WCT-C44 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of WCT-C44 is set out in the attachment.
