The Board of Kobay Technology Bhd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the following proposal at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced :  

(i)        Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature. 

            (hereinafter referred to as “Proposal”)

The Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the above proposal will be issued and dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
