(Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 17 December 2024, 13 January 2025, 10 March 2025, 28 March 2025, 11 April 2025, 24 June 2025, 11 July 2025 and 16 July 2025  in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the Announcements.)

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue with Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 12 August 2025 (“Closing Date”), Parkwood had received valid acceptances and excess applications for 313,707,585 Rights Shares with Warrants, representing an undersubscription of 236,634,183 Rights Shares or approximately 43.0% over the total number of 550,341,768 Rights Shares with Warrants available for subscription under the Rights Issue with Warrants.

The details of the valid acceptances and excess applications received as at the Closing Date are as follows:

In view that the Rights Issue with Warrants is not fully subscribed, the Board has allotted the excess Rights Shares with Warrants to the Entitled Shareholders, renouncee(s) and/or transferee(s) who have applied for excess Rights Shares with Warrants in full based on their respective excess Rights Shares with Warrants applications.

In addition, the Rights Shares and Warrants are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 10 September 2025, instead of the earlier announced listing and quotation date of 26 August 2025.
