Reference is made to the announcements made on 25 September 2019, 25 August 2022 and 24 August 2023 ("Date of Listing") pertaining to the variations and further extension of time for the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Initial Public Offering (“IPO”).

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has yet to fully utilise the IPO Proceeds and hence, the Board has deliberated and resolved to further extend the timeframe by additional twelve (12) months up to 22 August 2026 for the utilisation of the remaining IPO proceeds.
