(“Haily Construction”) had on 25 August 2025 accepted a Letter of Award (“LA”) issued by Mandy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 198701006888 (165604-K)) of Wisma Gadang, No. 52, Jalan Tago 2, Off Jalan Persiaran Utama, Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur (“the Main Contractor”).
