We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SUPERMX by way of market making. The SUPERMX-C5E is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SUPERMX-C5E is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The SUPERMX-C5E is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under SUPERMX-C5E are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of SUPERMX-C5E is set out in the attachment.
