Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Placement dated 26 June 2023, 13 July 2023, 17 July 2023, 25 July 2023 and 26 July 2023 respectively.
The Company had on 26 July 2023 announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the Proposed Placement has been completed, following issuance of 93,457,943 new ordinary shares in the Company which raised total gross proceeds of approximately RM30.0 million.
The Board of Directors of CCIB had on 26 August 2025 approved the extension of the time for the full utilisation of the balance proceeds raised from the Private Placement.
