The Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that West River Engineering Sdn Bhd (“WRE”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 22 August 2025 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) awarded by Goodwood Builders Sdn Bhd (“GBSB” or “Main Contractor”) for the appointment of WRE as Nominated Sub-Contractor for electrical low voltage, extra low voltage and lighting services for the proposed development of two blocks of 44-storey suite apartments (1001 units) for a total sub-contract sum of RM16,659,248.39.
