We refer to the announcements dated 30 April 2025, 29 May 2025 and 24 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the Board had on 27 August 2025 fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Proposed Private Placement comprising 740,740 Placement Shares at RM0.27 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.03 or 10.00% to the 5-day VWAP of Supergenics Shares up to and including 26 August 2025 of RM0.30 per Supergenics Share, being the last trading day immediately preceding the price-fixing date.
