Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Directors of DutaLand Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the aggregate sales consideration of quoted securities by the Company within the preceding 12 months, from 14 August 2024 to 15 August 2025, has reached 5% of the Company’s Group audited net assets as at 30 June 2024.
