Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of PMC wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by Megawise Sdn Bhd ("MSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PMC, pursuant to its ordinary course of business during the quarter ended 30 June 2025 as set out below:
The loan provided to the client generate interest, which improves the earnings and shareholders' funds of the Group.
Attached herewith the required information of MSB pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities for the fourth quarter ended 30 June 2025.
