We wish to announce that DIALOG-C1X has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 August 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of DIALOG-C1X x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DIALOG-C1X x (RM1.8500 - RM2.0000) x (1/3)
= Number of DIALOG-C1X x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.8500 was determined based on the average closing price of the DIALOG Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised DIALOG-C1X will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to DIALOG-C1X shall terminate absolutely.
