The Board of Directors of DNeX wishes to announce that the Whistleblowing Committee of the Company has been dissolved with effect from 28 August 2025.
Following the dissolution of the Whistleblowing Committee, the responsibility for the oversight of the Company’s whistleblowing function has been placed on the Risk, Governance and Sustainability Committee of the Company.
