We refer to the announcements dated 31 July 2025, 4 August 2025 and 8 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 28 August 2025 written to the board of directors of ACHSB to request for an extension of time until 5.00 p.m. on 30 September 2025 for PinePac to respond to ACHSB with its decision on whether to table the Proposed SCR to the disinterested shareholders of PinePac for their consideration and approval (“Extension of Time”).
On even date, the board of directors of ACHSB agreed to grant PinePac the Extension of Time, with all other terms and conditions as stated in the SCR Offer Letter remain unchanged.
