We refer to the announcements dated 11 July 2025, 16 July 2025, 28 July 2025, 4 August 2025 and 22 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Purchase Consideration has been satisfied by SkyGate via the issuance and allotment of 16,244,521 Consideration Shares were issued at the Issue Price and allotted to the Vendor pursuant to the Acquisition and were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 28 August 2025, hence marking the completion of the Acquisition on even date.
