The Closing Level of 25,001.00 was determined based on the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index futures contracts on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is higher than HSI-PWDY's Exercise Level of 20,250.00, holders of HSI-PWDY will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-PWDY will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-PWDY shall terminate absolutely.
