We refer to the announcements dated 26 February 2024, 28 August 2024, 27 November 2024, 28 February 2025 and 22 May 2025 in relation to the Joint Venture and Shareholders' Agreement between Theta Edge and Nova. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the Joint Venture since the last announcement made on 22 May 2025.
Further announcement on the status of the Joint Venture will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
