We refer to the announcement dated 16 July 2025 in relation to the MOU between Theta Edge and MARA Inc. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement made on 16 July 2025.
Further announcement on the status of the Joint Venture will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
