The Board of Directors of LYSAGHT is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Singapore, Lysaght Marketing (S) Pte Ltd had received a Purchase Order dated 27 August 2025 amounting to SGD17,368,750.68 for the supply of street lighting poles.  Together with the earlier orders for the supply of the same street lighting poles received from two other major contractors, the total value received by our Singapore subsidiary is SGD30,273,313.86.

Deliveries for the above orders have commenced in the 3rd quarter of 2025 and are expected to be fulfilled over a period of up to 6 years.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The above Purchase Orders are not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of LYSAGHT for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and do not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of LYSAGHT.

DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS

None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the above Purchase Orders.

DIRECTORS’ STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of LYSAGHT is of the opinion that the acceptance of the above Purchase Orders are in the best interest of LYSAGHT.
