| Working experience and occupation | Encik Madzri's career spans more than forty (40) years in the oil and gas industry. He began his career with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. where he held various technical and leadership positions in project engineering, construction and contracting. He later joined TRENERGY Berhad as General Manager in 1997 and successfully led the conversion and operation of FPSO Perintis for PETRONAS' MASA Fields. In 2004, he served M3nergy Berhad where he played a key role in international and domestic projects including the conversion and operation of FPSO Ratu Nusantara for PETRONAS Carigali Ketapang Ltd. in Indonesia and the conversion of FSO Ratu Songkhla for Carigali-PTTEPI Operating Company in the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development Area. He was subsequently appointed as Chief Operating Officer of M3nergy Berhad in 2010. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of Sabah International Petroleum (SIP) in 2019 and subsequently as Head of Floating Production Unit, where he was responsible for negotiating major FPSO contract extensions, implementing vessel life extension projects and driving operational excellence in floating production operations. |
