Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 November 2024, 30 December 2024, 10 April 2025, 6 May 2025, 16 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 5 June 2025, 13 June 2025, 30 June 2025, 22 July 2025, 28 July 2025 and 29 July 2025 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (“Announcements”).
