Reference is made to the Writ of Summons No. BA-22NCvC-331-07/2025 commenced by KMK Power Sdn Bhd (“KMKP”) and KMK Green Ventures Sdn Bhd (“KMKGV”), the indirect subsidiaires of the Company, against Bumi Segar Indah Sdn Bhd (“BSI”), at the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam (“Civil Suit”) wherein KMKP is claiming RM3,000,000.00 from BSI, being the sum owing to it pursuant to a Settlement Agreement dated on or about 3 November 2020 made inter alia between KMKP, KMKGV and BSI together with interest thereon, costs and other relief as the court may deem fit.

The Company wishes to announce that the Writ and Statement of Claim of the Civil Suit was served on BSI on 14 August 2025 and BSI through its solicitors entered appearance on 25 August 2025. The court has now fixed case management for 10 September 2025.
