Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Sunzen wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Finsource Credit (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Finsource”), a moneylending company in the ordinary course of its business for the financial quarter ended 30 June 2025 as set out below:

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Sunzen Group for the period ended 30 June 2025.
