We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 24 January 2025, 28 February 2025, 26 March 2025, 29 April 2025, 29 May 2025, 25 June 2025 and 31 July in relation to the default in payment to MBSB Bank Berhad (“MBSB”) by Mines Waterfront Business Park Sdn. Bhd. (“MWBP”) (in liquidation), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“Announcement”).  Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that status remains unchanged on the default in payment of principal and interests accrued at the date of this announcement.

Further announcements will be made from time to time in respect of any material developments on this matter.
