The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SHESB") [Company Registration No. 201201034856 (1019338-X)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 5 August 2025 entered into a Collaboration Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Ibrahim & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd [Company Registration No. 201901002822 (1312148-P)] (“IBSE”) for the purpose of executing, preforming and completing the works as stated in the Letters of Intent dated 12 March 2025 (Ref No. TNB RFX 4000049726 and TNB RFX 4000049706) and 8 July 2025  (Ref No. TNB RFX 4000049726), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.

Subsequently, the Company had on 29 August 2025 obtained written consent from IBSE to release the announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the Agreement entered into by SHESB.
