We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 1 August 2025 in respect of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim (“Claim”) dated 28 July 2025 from Condolink Sdn Bhd (“Plaintiff”).

The Company’s solicitors had filed its’ statement of defence and attended the case management via e-Review on 29 August 2025.

The Court has given the following directions:

(a) the Plaintiff to file Reply to Defence by 12 September 2025;

(b) parties to file any interlocutory application before next Case Management; and

(c) the next Case Management is fixed on 7 October 2025 for Pre Trial Directions or interlocutory applications.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
