The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd., had on 28 August 2025, received a Letter of Award dated 18 August 2025 from Matrix Concepts (Central) Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the site clearance, temporary works, earthworks, piling, pile caps, transfer beam, retaining wall and sub-basement 3 for the proposed apartment development comprising 1,336 units at Lot 79670 (PN 115547), measuring 5.762 acre, located at Persiaran Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong, Pekan Kinrara, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a contract sum of RM23,460,668.00.
