Reference is made to TSA’s Prospectus dated 27 December 2023 which stated that “the Company has yet to adopt the recommendation under the MCCG to have a Board comprising at least 30% women directors. In this regard, the Company endeavours to comply with the recommendation by October 2024.” (“MCCG Recommendation”) and the announcement dated 27 August 2024 on the extension of the timeline to comply with the MCCG Recommendation to within 24 months from the date of its listing on the ACE Market on 2 February 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, following the appointment of Ms. Loh Pei Ling with effect from 1 September 2025, the Company has adopted the recommendation under the MCCG to have a Board comprising at least 30% women directors.
