The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement dated 18 September 2024 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 September 2024, 3 October 2024 and 29 April 2025 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the Public Spread Requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements. 

The Board of Directors of GCEB wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 August 2025 and 29 August 2025 received notices pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Notices") from Tan Chee Hoe & Sons Sdn. Bhd. ("TCHSSB"), stating that TCHSSB had on 22 August 2025, 25 August 2025, 26 August 2025 and 27 August 2025 disposed a total of 113,000 ordinary shares in GCEB via open market. Pursuant thereto, TCHSSB's total shareholdings stands at 99,187,718 ordinary shares representing 50.35% of GCEB's total issued shares.

Based on the Company's Record of Depositors as at 29 August 2025, the public shareholding spread of the Company is 25.01%. Accordingly, the Company has complied with the Public Spread Requirement.
