The Board of Directors of Lebtech Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lebtech Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“LCSB”) has on 29 August 2025 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Lebar Daun Development Sdn. Bhd. (“LDD”), a related party, for the appointment of LCSB as the Main Contractor for the construction of residential units at Shah Alam, Selangor.

DETAILS OF THE RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION

• Employer (Related Party): Lebar Daun Development Sdn. Bhd.
• Contractor (Subsidiary): Lebtech Construction Sdn. Bhd.
• Nature of Transaction: Award of construction contract.
• Project Title: Proposed construction of 54 units of houses comprising:20 units double-storey semi-detached (Type A, 50’ x 80’),32 units double-storey semi-detached (Type B, 40’ x 90’),2 units semi-detached (Type C, 50’ x 80’) at Fasa 24A & 9B, PT 445, Section 13, Shah Alam, Selangor
• Contract Sum: RM46,361,817.00.
• Scope of Works: Construction and completion of building works including infrastructure within and outside lot boundary.

RATIONALE AND BENEFIT OF THE TRANSACTION
The transaction allows LCSB to strengthen its construction order book and leverage its expertise in building works, contributing positively to the revenue and earnings of the Group.
