We refer to the previous announcements dated 27 January 2025, 3 February 2025, 5 February 2025, 7 February 2025, 6 June 2025, 11 July 2025 and 18 July 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company, had on 2 September 2025, received a Subscription Notice from Macquarie for the subscription of 17,500,000 Placement Shares at a subscription price of RM0.1640. The subscription price of RM0.1640 represents a discount of approximately 9.89% to the VWAP of Salutica Shares during the 5 consecutive trading days up to and including 29 August 2025 of RM0.1820.
