The Board of Directors of OSK Holdings Berhad (“OSK” or “the Company”) (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Aspect Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202101035149 (1435449H)] (“ADSB” or “Purchaser”), an indirect 99.93% subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 September 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Temasya Mentari Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201101013596 (941736-A)] (“TMSB” or “Vendor”) (“SPA”) to acquire three (3) parcels of land held under respective individual document of title as follows (“Lands”) at a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty-Eight Million (RM58,000,000.00) only (“Purchase Consideration”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA (“Acquisition of Lands”):
