The Board of Directors of Magni is pleased to declare a Single Tier Interim Dividend of 3.5 Sen per ordinary share in respect of the current quarter of financial year ending 30 April 2026 (“Q1-FYR 2026”) [Q1-FYR 2025: 5.0 Sen].
The rate of the declared interim dividend for Q1-FYR 2026 is lower by 1.5 Sen per ordinary share versus Q1-FYR 2025 mainly due to lower attributable profit for Q1-FYR 2026.
