PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 30% OF THE ISSUED SHARES IN HEXCAP ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 23 January 2024 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of HEXCAP, M & A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1950 each.

The aforementioned issue price of RM0.1950 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0438 or 18.34% from the 5-day weighted average market price of HEXCAP from 26 August 2025 to 2 September 2025 of RM0.2388 per Share.
