The Board of Directors of SNS wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understandings (collectively “MOUs” and individually “MOU”) :-

1. MOU dated 12 June 2024 between SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“SNSN”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd. (“AGMO”)

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 12 June 2024, 12 September 2024, 10 December 2024, 6 March 2025, 6 June 2025 and 11 June 2025, in relation to the MOU between SNSN, a wholly owned subsidiary of SNS and AGMO.

There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 11 June 2025.

2. MOU dated 6 December 2024 between SNSN and Mimos Berhad ("MIMOS")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 6 December 2024, 6 March 2025 and 6 June 2025, in relation to the MOU between SNSN, a wholly owned subsidiary of SNS and MIMOS.

There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 6 June 2025.
