Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, INTA wishes to announce that the Company has made an offer of options on 4 September 2025, to eligible employees and Directors to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's ESOS, as per details set out below :

 

1. Date of offer of options : 4 September 2025
2. Exercise price of options offered : RM0.38
3. Number of options offered : 16,300,000
4. Closing market price of the Company’s ordinary shares on the date of offer : RM0.42
5. Number of options offered to Directors of Inta :  As per Appendix A
6. Vesting period of the options offered : Immediate upon acceptance of the offer
