The Board of Directors of PEB wishes to announce that the Company has received a notification from reNIKOLA Holdings Sdn Bhd (“reNIKOLA”) that, on 2 September 2025, reNIKOLA has received letters of notification from the Energy Commission informing that reNIKOLA has been selected as a Shortlisted Bidder for the development of two large-scale solar photovoltaic plants in Kemaman, Terengganu under Malaysia’s Large Scale Solar 5+ (LSS 5+) programme, namely:
The two projects are being developed in collaboration with AEP, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, with an estimated investment of RM1.2 billion.
