The Board of Directors of ENRA wishes to announce that Hexagon Energy Logistics Sdn Bhd ("HELSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 August 2025 been awarded a contract from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, for the Provision of Services for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Removal, Installation and Commissioning Works of Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring (CALM) for PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PCSB”) - Peninsular Malaysia Assets - Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT) (“Contract”).

Subsequently, the Company had on 6 September 2025 obtained written consent from PCSB to release the announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the Contract awarded to HELSB.
