TAS Offshore Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board of Directors proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Share Buy-Back by way of an ordinary resolution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened at a later date. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the existing authority for the purchase of own shares shall lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM, unless renewal is obtained.

A Statement/Circular to Shareholders in relation to the above is currently being prepared and will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
