Reference is made to our announcements dated 23 July 2025 in relation to the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of EKOVEST (“Existing Issue”) and 02 September 2025 in relation to the proposed further issue by RHBIB of up to 25,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of EKOVEST (“Further Issue”) by way of market making.

The purpose of the Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.

The EKOVEST-C74 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The EKOVEST-C74 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 May 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 July 2025, the Existing Issue Term Sheet dated 23 July 2025 and the Further Issue Term Sheet dated 10 September 2025.
