(Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 17 December 2024, 13 January 2025, 10 March 2025, 28 March 2025, 11 April 2025, 24 June 2025, 11 July 2025, 16 July 2025, 20 August 2025 and 9 September 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the Announcements.)
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Proposals (save for the Subscription) have been completed today following the listing and quotation of 313,707,585 Rights Shares and 39,213,441 Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants.
For avoidance of doubt, the issuance of the RCPS pursuant to the Subscription will be announced by the Board at a later date.
