The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the announcement dated 3 June 2025 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Oasis, UOBKH wishes to announce that Oasis had on 11 September 2025 executed a Supplemental Letter to the Profit Guarantee Agreement ("Supplemental Letter") with the Guarantors and Metta to vary the terms of the Profit Guarantee Agreement. The Supplemental Letter is executed pursuant to the agreement between Oasis, the Guarantors and Metta (the "Parties") to vary the terms of the Profit Guarantee Agreement in accordance with the terms as set out in the Supplemental Letter. Please refer to the attachment for further details of the variation made to the terms of the Profit Guarantee Agreement.
