We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 September 2024, 6 September 2024, 11 September 2024, 20 February 2025, 24 February 2025, 28 February 2025 and 4 March 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. UOBKH wishes to announce that the timeframe to implement the Private Placement has lapsed on 11 September 2025. The Company has decided not to place out the remaining Placement Shares and as such the Private Placement is deemed completed upon the expiry of the extension period.
