Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 10 September 2025 in relation to the resignation of Thelyx Malaysia PLT as the external auditors of the Company.  

The Board of Directors of Nexgram Holdings Berhad (“NHB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 11 September 2025 appointed LTTH PLT as the new external auditors of the Company, having received their letter of consent to act dated 11 September 2025, which was received by the Company on 11 September 2025.
