We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 26 September 2024, 29 October 2024, 14 November 2024, 29 November 2024, 24 December 2024, 27 December 2024 and 2 May 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used herein are as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that EF and PCA Venture Sdn Bhd, being the vendor for the Warehouse Acquisition had executed a letter of confirmation of extension of time for the Warehouse Acquisition (“Letter of Extension”) to extend the date for the fulfilment of payment for the purchase consideration of the Warehouse SPA (“Payment Date”). Pursuant to the Letter of Extension, the parties have mutually agreed to extend the Payment Date to 30 November 2025. Further announcement on the completion of the Warehouse Acquisition will be made in due course.

A copy of the Letter of Extension is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office at B-25-2, Block B, Jaya One, No. 72A, Jalan Prof Diraja Ungku Aziz, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan during normal business hours on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
