The Board of Directors of Padini wishes to announce that Padini Dot Com Sdn Bhd (“PDC”), its wholly-owned subsidiary, had on 17 April 2019, acquired 7,000 shares of THB1,000 each, representing 5% of the paid-up capital of Padini (Thailand) Co.
