We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the GENTING Shares.
GENTINGC4B is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 November 2024 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. GENTINGC4B is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 December 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 February 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 September 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 17 September 2025.
GENTINGC4B is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of GENTINGC4B is set out in the attachment. |
