The Board of Directors of YLI wishes to announce that Yew Lean Foundry & Co. Sdn. Bhd. (“Yew Lean” or the “Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YLI had on 17 September 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Hong Kuan Metals Recycle Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “HKMR” or “the Purchaser”) to dispose of the Lot. 2579, Lorong Perusahaan 10, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600 Prai, in Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Negeri Pulau Pinang be (herein referred to as the “Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM18,000,000.00 (“Disposal Consideration”) upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.
