The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 September 2025 entered into a Business Venture Agreement with Hongkong Journey Technology Co., Limited (Company No. 001670248-K) to establish a joint venture company through STC Technology Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199201018978 (250482-P)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, to undertake the trading of multimedia and telecommunication devices and related business activities ("Proposed Business Venture").
