We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 17 February 2025, 19 February 2025, 19 March 2025, 1 July 2025 and 15 August 2025 in relation to the litigation matter (Civil Suit No. WA-22NCC-93-02/2025). The Company wishes to provide the following update:

The Company wishes to inform that:-

1. On 13 August 2025, Dato’ Mohammad Azlan bin Abdullah (“2nd Defendant”) filed a case management stay application. Subsequently, on 15 August 2025, Ir. Rostam Sharif bin Tami (“3rd Defendant”) and Zairulnizam bin Rohani (“4th Defendant”) also filed similar applications (collectively, the “Case Management Stay Applications”).
2. Considering the above and pursuant to the High Court’s directions on 8 September 2025, the High Court directed the following –

• The Hearing of the 1st Plaintiff’s Anti-Arbitration Injunction Application together with Turnpike Synergy Sdn Bhd’s application to stay the civil suit against the 1st Plaintiff under Section 10 of the Arbitration Act 2005 (“Section 10 Stay Application”) has been rescheduled to 2 December 2025.
• The Hearing of the Case Management Stay Applications is also fixed on 2 December 2025.
• The Case management in respect of the Writ Action, the 1st Defendant’s Striking Out Application, and Satunas Technologies Sdn Bhd’s (5th Defendant) Striking Out Application is likewise fixed on 2 December 2025, after the hearing of the Anti-Arbitration and Section 10 Stay Applications.
